We will work with your referral partner and broker to get all necessary documents collected, signed, and submitted into your compliance system.
Once the transaction terminates, we will send termination documents to all necessary parties and follow up until executed, upload all documents to compliance and terminate file, and follow up with title on the return of earnest money to your client.

CRM Maintenance
Once a deal has closed, we update the CRM with new info, Add any new contacts sent to us via email, and remove any unwanted contacts.
Pre-Buyer Paperwork
Have your paperwork in order before showing homes to your potential buyers. We're here to help you with your paperwork to protect your business and client. The service gathers all the necessary paperwork needed to close a property. This includes documents related to representation agreements, wire fraud warnings, and state-required disclosures.
On moving day, we will help organize a meal. 30 days after closing, we will send a housewarming present geared toward entertainment. At 120 days after closing, we will send a little gift on your behalf. At 240 days after closing, we will send out the last lead generation touch on your behalf. We will send a comforting gift and a card from you showing your appreciation for trusting you.
Once the transaction closes, we will send out a client review, follow up on the review, create a branded social media image of the review, create branded social media image of the closed property, and update CRM.
Virtual Administrative Support
Brokerage Change
When a change of brokerage is necessary. We assist in setting up new templates in the agent's signature platform, changing broker information on required State documents, and gathering closed and completed files from the previous broker, if necessary.
